There is one thing which will help as a cure for migraine headaches and for tension headaches, relaxation. If you are suffering from a migraine the stress of getting a migraine can compound the pain by adding a tension headache to your problems! Headache can affect the overall quality of life and it can be a sign that a review of lifestyle is needed.
