If you’re like the rest of the people out there, you probably thought effort can improve your eyesight. After all, you’ve always been thought that anything good comes with effort.
But that doesn’t apply to your eyes! With you eyes, the more relax you are, the better your eyes perform. So how do you relax your eyes? Well… that’s easy…
How Moving Can Benefit Your Eyes
Move around a lot – to be specific, move your head and neck around.
You may not realize this but most of us stay stationary for too long. We stare at the computer screen for hours and hours without moving. At the end of the day, our neck hurts and our eyes are sore.
This maybe counter intuitive but the fact is: it takes effort to keep your eyes and body still! We are always explorative by nature, Unfortunately, our God-given desire has been suppressed by society ever since we were a kid.
We are always asked to sit down and don’t move… And as we grow up, we have learned not to move so much,has become backache is one of the most common ailments in the world and myopia and other kinds of eye disorders, have also become extremely widespread.
So to naturally improve, you only have to move. Instead of keeping your eyes still and try to look at everything in your eyes all at once, try to focus on one point and move your head, eyes and neck around to form the whole picture.
That might sound really troublesome at first but once it’s part of your habit, you don’t even know you’re doing it. Now, if you think that might make you see slower, you’re awfully mistaken. That process is so fast, it’s practically the same as “seeing everything all at once.”
A Simple Exercise To Help Your Naturally Improve Your Eyesight
So there are 2 principles here for you to learn. Centralization – focus on one thing and movement.
To help you get the idea of centralization, please do the following exercise:
Place two small objects about 30 cm horizontally apart. They can be marbles, erasers or anything of similar size – it can even be your thumb.
Now try to focus on one of them in such a way that you find the other one blurry.
If you have any kind of common eye disorder, it’s probably impossible for you to do – you always see both of them at the same time. And as a result you keep your eyes, neck and shoulder still.
So there you have it – a simple exercise that helps improve your eyesight naturally. Remember – it’s a habit to pick up, not a one-off exercise you do everyday. Try it on everyday life and consciously try to move your eyes, neck and shoulder around.
