How would you like energy like that kid? Wouldn’t it be great to have yourself filled with energy so that for once you don’t have to drag yourself through the whole day?

Well, here are some some tips to drive your energy levels through the roof.

  1. Clear your body of all the toxins that is poisoning you! Cleansing is such an important part of energy level – I always recommend it as the first step! Your body is working day in and day out getting rid of accumulated toxins in you and that takes up a lot of energy. A simple Blessed Herb’s colon cleanse or better yet, an internal cleanse will surely do miracles to beating fatigue just like the numerous testimonials showed!
  2. Always get enough sleep – and don’t sleep too much. This is probably the biggest culprit of low energy. People tend to sleep short hours in the weekdays due to work and sleep longer during the weekends to “catch up”. It doesn’t work that way and sleeping longer actually hurts you more than it helps.
  3. Eat “light” food that is easily digestible. If you try to eat raw food only for 3 days, you’ll quickly notice a jump in your energy level simply because it’s easier to digest. Heavily cooked food, food that are fried or barbecued are harder to digest and therefore take more energy.
  4. Unlike popular belief, some saturated fats are actually good for your health. One of the most popular saturated fats is coconut oil. Other than a host of benefits, it also contain MCT, a medium chain triglyceride that is easily converted to energy and will help you manage your energy level.
  5. As counter-intuitive as this maybe, people with low energy level are the ones who don’t do enough exercises. Exercises keep your body in top shape, making it burn more fats into energy even when it’s not exercising and thus increasing your energy.
