My husband and I are planning to start it, as he has some phelgm problem(he doesnt know where its comign from) and I just want to support him and also loose some weight. But i am really concerned about the diet. I dont really want to starve during the course. Does the package come with a diet suggestion? How much of a sacrifice is it in the eating sense.
