Believe it or not, the speed with which you chomp your meals really makes some change in your body weight. For a simple way to lose abdominal fat this is one of the best.

When you up the time you spend eating, you do not need as much to feel full. Here are a few tips to aid you release from the bad routine of hurrying your food and thus overeating.

Be sure you chew the food more prior to swallowing it. The extra seconds that you take to chew will help you to feel more satisfied without the need for such a big amount. By doing this you also assist the food’s digestion.

Don’t pile the spoon or fork with another lot of food before you have finished eating what’s already in your mouth. Try putting your fork on the plate until you have swallowed the food and want to begin with another mouthful. It’s mostly psychological and it can be a real help if you want to lose body fat fast.

This breaks the habit of over eating, from eating too quickly. A case in point would be French people who not only eat less but take time to do it too. This means they remain slimmer by a combination of methods.

When you start to do this you will notice you can take more pleasure in your food. You have longer to actually appreciate your food.

It can take a little while after you eat food for the body to register the fact that it’s had enough. People who eat quickly, eat too much because they don’t give the body a chance to signal it’s full. Don’t eat until you cannot eat any more.
