Rebuild Your Vision By Breathing?
Most people don’t know this but breathing properly is essential to rebuild your vision.
Breathing affects the whole, and that includes your eyes. Here’s what Bates, the Father of eye improvement, said in his Better Eyesight magazine 1923,
“Many people with imperfect sight are benefited by breathing. One of the best methods is to separate the teeth while keeping the lips closed, breathe deeply as if one were yawning. When done properly one can feel the air cold as it passes through the nose and down the throat. This method of breathing secures a great amount of relaxation of the nose, throat, the body generally, including the eyes and ears.”
In fact, breathing has always been taught in meditation classes as the best way to relax and since your eyes are chronically strained, relaxing it will tremendously improve its condition.
So if you want to rebuild your vision, it’s important that you start breathing the right way. For those of you who have no clue that most people are breathing the wrong, this might come as a big surprise to you. When you breathe, ideally, your stomach should rise, not your chest.
This is called abdominal breathing – and it’s the proper way. If you have been breathing shallowly, abdominal breathing might require some getting used to but I I assure you that it will benefit your mission to rebuild your vision.
